All Custom Jewelries may take 5 – 15 business days from customer’s design approval, to manufacture. Time may vary due to different level of complexity of each design.Ready to Wear and Her Treasure:
All “Ready to Wear” and “Her Treasure” items will be shipped right away once the payment has been made. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and handling time.
• All payment transactions use Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollar (USD).
• We provide the following payment method:
¬ Bank Transfer (Indonesia only – IDR)
¬ Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard) (IDR / USD)
¬ Paypal (USD)
• All payments have to be completed 24 hours after the orders have been placed. The system will automatically close the orders placed if no payment has been made within the timeframe. Closed orders will not be processed and we cannot guarantee the availability of the items afterwards.
• For customer who chooses to pay via Bank Transfer, please confirm your payment via the CONFIRM PAYMENT on our website.
• Payment via Credit Card & Paypal will be automatically confirmed by the system.
• For Custom Orders, down payment (50% of the estimation price) must be paid after customer’s design approval to secure your order.
After your order has ready to be shipped, the remaining amount will be confirmed and the remaining of the final price must be paid immediately.
Please review your orders carefully before confirming your purchases, as we are unable to modify or cancel your purchases after it has been processed

For incorrect items and defective items, shipping fees is reimbursable. However, if the consumer wants to do size exchanges, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fees.
All returns and exchanges must be COMMUNICATED to us via email / other media available within 3 working days (Indonesia) / 5 working days (International) after receiving the products, and the items must be mailed within 3 working days after the customer has received the return or exchanges confirmation from us
The items must be in pristine and unused state with the original paperwork and protective materials attached. Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.
In the case of exchanges for defective items, in which the particular model are out of stock, consumers can choose to have the purchase amount to be converted to an IN-STORE CREDIT (shipment fees are excluded). The consumer can also choose to get the product to be fixed / replaced by a new one in 3-7 business days after we accepted the returned item.
Discount and Promotions are not applicable for any returns and exchanges.
Shipping fees will automatically be calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipments to all cities and regions in Indonesia. (Terms and Conditions applied)
Deliveries in Indonesia may take up to 3-5 working days for Regular Delivery, and 1-3 working days for Express.
Any international orders with US$500 purchase and above are eligible for free shipments.
All deliveries are made during Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We only ship our items with proven third-party courier companies, hence the chances of losing or damaging the package is very slim. However, there are some circumstances which we cannot control and take responsibility of, such as:
• Risk of loss of the merchandise after delivery has been confirmed to your shipping address.
• Delays in the delivery time due to incomplete or incorrect address, unavailability of receiver to receive the goods, customs, force majeure, negligence from the shipping company.
• Customs and duties charges that may occur after shipment. Please directly contact respective country offices for the issue.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
• Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders.
